Mobilex and RolloGuard at the ALTENPFLEGE in Essen

From April 26 to 28, 2022, the trade fair grounds in Essen is home to ALTENPFLEGE 2022 and the center of the national care industry. In the exhibition halls, the latest developments, products and services relating to inpatient and outpatient care could be discovered. Together with nearly 500 other exhibitors, the latest developments, trends, services and products for both the inpatient and outpatient care industries were on display. The ALTENPFLEGE exhibition covers the areas of care & therapy, career & education, IT & management, nutrition & home economics, textiles & hygiene, and space & technology. In addition, ALTENPFLEGE features many stages with a comprehensive lecture program with experts from the industry. For visitors there were three days of program with more than 30 lecture blocks, as well as the opportunity to visit and look at innovations, business ideas and start-ups.

Innovative fall prevention
The aim of the visit to ALTENPFLEGE was to present the worldwide patented and unique fall prevention to the professional audience of nurses, therapists and healthcare management at the booth of our Swedish partner RolloGuard with inventor Patrik Zander. "The feedback from the numerous and very competent visitors was overwhelmingly positive." reports our salesman Holger Friese. Together with colleagues from RolloGuard, he was available for three days to provide advice and assistance to the interested visitors. "Everyone knows the situation that residents of their facilities have already experienced falls with rollators, with more or less severe consequences for the residents. With the fall prevention of RolloGuard now finally a safe solution exists the overwhelming majority of the visitors simply reported enthusiastically." so Friese further. A diverse field of participants and care innovators presented themselves and the current and future issues in care, where safety, flexibility and autonomy are of particular concern. In the "Mobility & Safety" panel, Holger Friese, representing RolloGuard and Mobilex, presented the unique fall prevention on our high-quality Mobilex rollators.
