Mobilex at Corporate Social Responsibility event

Guest at Dansk Handicap Forbund and Skanderborg Kommune

Thursday afternoon, October 3, 2022, our CEO Thomas Nygaard Christensen participated as a speaker at an event with the Danish Disabled Persons Association (Dansk Handicap Forbund) and Skanderborg Municipality. The project is entitled "Vi gør en forskel - gør du" (We make the difference - so do you) and aims to include people with disabilities in the labor market.

Prominent guests
The event was hosted by Danish actor Peter Mygind, who has appeared in quite a few movies and TV series. Besides our CEO Thomas Nygaard Christensen, another speaker was Lisa Kjær Gjessing. She is the outstanding World Champion in Para-Taekwondo and Olympic Champion - her medal collection includes among others 4x World Championship Gold and 5x European Championship Gold.

Mobilex A/S and the work with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals
At Mobilex, the selected goals are of the highest priority, because sustainability is crucial for all of us. For this reason, Thomas Nygaard Christensen talked about Mobilex A/S' experience with this topic, with a very special focus on our selected goals. The motivation can be traced back to our core mission, namely: to improve the quality of life and enable participation in social life for people with disabilities through accessible and simple quality products at the right price.
Together with Dansk Handicap Forbund (Danish Association for People with Disabilities), we participate in networking groups with the aim to help people with disabilities find a place in the labor market. In addition, Mobilex A/S has been working successfully for more than 15 years, with Skanderborg Jobcenter and Skanderborg Kompetencecenter to give people with challenges the opportunity to find and realize their potential together with their future job.
All in all it was a very successful event with great and inspiring guests. Our CEO Thomas Nygaard Christensen was very happy to be invited as a speaker and to present our work in connection with the basic vision of Mobilex A/S: "a better life in motion".
